This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") is incorporated into the Terms of Service. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or termination.
1. Prohibited conduct
You will not:
- Violate any law or regulation, or infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights.
- Post or transmit content that is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or that exploits minors.
- Misrepresent your identity, business, licensing, insurance, or affiliation, or post fake or manipulated reviews.
- Send spam or messages in violation of CAN-SPAM, the TCPA, or other anti-spam/telemarketing laws, including SMS without required consent.
- Upload malware, attempt to gain unauthorized access, probe or scan systems, circumvent security or rate limits, or scrape the Service without authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or impose an unreasonable load on infrastructure.
- Use the Service to harvest others' data without authorization, or to build a competing dataset or service.
2. AI features — acceptable use
When using AI-assisted features you will not:
- Generate unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or harmful content.
- Attempt to extract another party's confidential information, reverse-engineer models, or evade safety controls.
- Submit inputs you do not have the rights to use, or rely on AI output as professional advice without independent verification.
3. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, suspending or terminating accounts, and cooperating with law enforcement. We are not obligated to monitor but may do so.
